For short- and medium-range forecasting, Numerical Weather Prediction products are routinely received from the world meteorological centers: GFS, ECMWF, Bracknell (U.K.), Offenbach (Germany), Washington (U.S.A.). Products derived from a regional numerical model, developed at the JordanWeather™ on the basis of the GrADS program version MM5. A high resolution regional model under development, on the basis of "GFS Models", adapted to Jordan to rise the accuracy of our forecasts.

The JordanWeather™ Forecast-team is responsible for the
routine issue and updating of all meteorological forecasts and warnings, which
are disseminated by the main web site, the mass media, and the press. Also
Forecast by telephone will be available soon.
Most of the forecasts are custom-tailored and designed to answer the
specific needs of the nation's public and private sectors, e.g. water
management, road works, forestry, tourism etc.

JordanWeather™ forecast-team will start to give up-to-date

Seasonal rainfall forecasts are routinely prepared every year at
the beginning of July and issued every month, and the issued primarily at the
beginning of November to the public and related bodies and authorities.
